I hereby make known to whomever it may concern that I, my heirs executors, and administrators waive, release and forever discharge all rights and claims whish I may have or whichever accrue to me against the Treasure Coast Cycling Assoc., Inc., Hibiscus Children’s Center, the City of Stuart, Martin County, and or any other person connected with this Club event, Individually or Collectively, from all responsibility for any injury or property damage during the event or while being transported to or from the event.
